We understand that you're trusting us with some of your most precious memories—photos of your children, babies, and beloved pets. We take this responsibility seriously and have designed our entire platform with privacy as the core principle.
When you use our AI photo features, we process your uploaded images to generate enhanced versions. The original images and AI-generated results are stored securely in your private account.

Photos and content you share are visible only to family members you've explicitly invited to your circle. You control who sees what.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service:
Account Deletion: When you delete your account, all your personal data, photos, and content are permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Coocoo is designed for parents and families to share photos of their children. We take children's privacy extremely seriously:
Account holders must be adults (18+), and all content sharing of children's photos requires parental consent and control. Photos are only visible to invited family members.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities, to protect your data during international transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
